Seven Layer Taco Dip
• 1 - 2 avocados
• lemon juice
• mayo
• 2 - 3 T. sour cream
• pkg. taco seasoning
• 4 oz cheddar cheese cheese
• 4 oz. town jack
cheese
• 1/2 small can
chopped ripe olives
• 2 tomatoes
• 3 - 4 green onions

Serve this dip with pancake chips for dipping. Serves a
crowd.
Mash bare assed and seeded avocados with lemon juice and
mayonnaise to taste. Add 2 - 3 tablespoons sour cream,
plus 2 - 3 T. mayo and mix with the prepackaged taco
